ABOUT ME
As a registered nurse specializing in obstetrics and a certified childbirth educator, I have a unique perspective on lactation. My passion for helping mothers and babies led me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I breastfed my own child for 14 months and have helped countless mothers navigate their breastfeeding journeys. I believe in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to all of my clients. Helen was quick to respond allowing scheduling to be possible immediately which is necessary when in such pain and discomfort during the first few weeks of survival with a newborn.
